What IS a confirmation?

Want to change what the website visitor sees after they submit a contact form (or job application or booking form or whatever form you might have on your site)? That’s called a confirmation. It might look like this:

How to change a form’s confirmation:

Navigate to the forms section in the left sidebar.

Hover over Settings beneath the form you want to edit, select confirmations from the dropdown:

Click edit confirmation and change the text in the message box.

If you’d rather have them redirect to a different page once they submit a contact form (maybe an FAQ page or something like that), you can select page in the confirmation type section and select which page to send them to:

What IS the admin notification?

Want to change the info email you get when someone submits such a form? That’s called a notification and might look like this:

How to change a form’s admin notification:

Navigate to the forms section in the left sidebar.

Hover over Settings beneath the form you want to edit, select notifications from the dropdown.

Click edit under admin notification and change whatever options you’d like, especially the send to email:
